First time ever going there and I told her that I wanted something Christmasy but not super Christmasy and that I had a Christmas party I had to attend. I told her she had full control over my nails and go for it. I am very pleased and get tons of compliments on my nails definitely will be going back.
Had a wonderful experience with Clarissa. She was a joy to converse with, and I am so pleased with her skill. She had my hands and nails looking amazing for my date night. Thank you! ????
I had an amazing experience! First good nail place I have been to since coming to Louisiana!!! The last place I went to gave me an ingrown toenail and the technician fixed it with a little pain but it she tried so hard not to hurt me and to fix it for me. I didn't even have to tell her it was there! I was so happy with this place and everyone's so friendly.
When first entering I got a warm welcome so I thought the experience was going to be great! I usually only go to one salon in Ruston so I don't know if what I am going to say is acceptable everywhere but where I go.
First of all.... They did not use bags in the tub for my feet. Usually I wouldn't get a pedi without one but I was in desperate need of one.
The color selection was very small and they all looked like the picture attached. The color faded quickly and the paint started to chip.
My toes are usually a little sore from the cleaning but doesn't last longer than a day. It has now been 2 weeks and my toes are still sore and have a little dry pus on a couple (I got checked by a doctor and he said it will be fine just to clean it twice daily). The tools she used were opened when I got there so I am unsure if she cleaned them. I just prayed for the best.
My husband is usually allowed to sit by me so we can chat as long as the salon is slow. They even turn the water on for him. At this salon they made him sit away from me all the way at the door. We all sat in silence.
Overall bad experience.
*Edit - When I was ready to pay she said "You need your eyebrows done". I understand she is trying to make money but it was rude. I told her I only let 1 person do my eyebrows. (You can't trust just anybody with your brows.) After the rushed experience I had there I was definitely not going to try something new by letting her do them.
Incredible, relaxing experience for my pedicure and my gel nails. Will definitely be back!

Had a little pamper session with my aunt when I was visiting from the UK. The lady I had doing my nails was fantastic, unfortunately the lady the did my aunts was dreadful & I think she might have been the manager. The advice she gave was completely wrong as gel covered nails do not & will not last 3 months, not in my experience anyway & I'm pretty sure it's the same on the U.S as it is in the UK. My aunts nails were not finished very well at all & were not smooth, it was like the lady was rushing to get ot done.
