Wow. Didn’t know the existed. They carry everything, great prices, and shelves are stocked.
It was a great place to find the things I needed. But the man who was there was busy on his phone. When asked a question we don't have, I guess too busy with his conversation to help me look for the item I wanted.
The owner is rude, crass and not knowledgeable about any of the products! All the staff are unfriendly and only want the customer's money! They don't carry a lot of products either...don't waste your time going to this dump!

I gave one star as it is the only way I could figure out how to message a review. I have been a customer since the early 90's when Shawn and Nafisa had the store on Old Dixie.
I don't plan to shop with Total again after a very bad experience on yesterday. The card machine wasn't working and the lady told everyone if we took cash from the atm they would give us back the $2 atm fee. I saw two people ahead of me receive their $2. If I had been thinking it was not taking with it for me to use the atm, even with the $2 back freon the store, my bank is charging me $3 on their end. When my transaction was rang up and I handed over my cash, I didn't receive that $2 fee as promised. The guy says he thought I was spending $30...and he couldn't make money if he gave me the $2. I told them they could give me my money back and make nothing off me. The lady gave me the $2 she knows I'm a loyal customer and she's usually very nice. She was very fidgety this day and I actually had to ask her what's wrong and why was she rushing me. I told her she was making me nervous. Anyhow after the guy talked so crazy to me, I let them know they weren't doing good business and I wouldn't shop there anymore and he aggressively told me not to come back. My stylist was renting a booth in the back but she and the others in the back had to vacate without proper notice. I was upset about that but God blessed my stylist and the others with a new and better workplace. I'm not sure what's going on with Total but I don't see it growing with the way they conduct business. The wigs are dusty and out of style. The hair selection is limited colors and overpriced. If I had the money I'd own my own Beauty Supply store and show them how it's done .
