Acrylic comes out too thick. Gel manicures crack within days. Dip powder also chips. I’ve tried it all, save your money.

Came here to surprise my 11 year old daughter with a mani pedi the lady nam was moving fast to get to other customers, my daughter told her she had been bleeding from nam cutting her cuticles but she just kept on then putting some liquid on it, I informed nam that I would pay along wit my own pedi was done together, she became so rude to state to my nail tech “the last time she was here she didn’t pay don’t do her nails “ I explained that was a lie it was my 2nd time here last time I was here was two years ago and I never dealt wit her just Jackie and I tipped her very well, I informed the owners brother to look at my daughters nails he and a lady did then put something on them . I feel this place is disgusting behaviorist she made the mistake own it but to further lie and state I don’t pay was/is outrageous further more she indicated and threatened her son would take care me!! I’m appalled and would NEVER recommend this place ????????????????

They were nice, the lady who did my pedicure did a great job but as you can see the lady who did my nail just did whatever I asked for square and this is what i got im very disappointed and im not satisfied I will not be coming back here

I take very good care of my nails. I've heard many negative things about this place, but I needed my nails done last minute, so I went here because everywhere else was closed. It was friday @7pm... My nail broke Sunday morning. This has never happened to me before. So I went in Tuesday (Monday was labor Day) and asked them to repair it. They immediately gave me an attitude saying I broke the nail myself. $3 wasn't the issue. It's the principle. I had a card signed by the technician who did my nails, but all of them decided to start talking their mumbo jumbo and continued to say I broke my own nail. Now I'm getting annoyed. And I'm not a confrontational person, so I didn't go in there arguing. I just didn't feel I should have to pay again. But it's ok ????. This is y I only support black owned businesses. This was last minute, but never again.

A lady there glued my nails all crooked and told me my nail goes that way. When I politely asked her and said please fix them. I’m going to pay $60 and wish to have crooked nails she made me take them off myself and told me I had to wait for someone else to do them. I didn’t have time because they were all working and I had to go to work. I left there in tears. They obviously don’t care about their clients
