First time here! Heard about this swap meet through TikTok. Had s great time. The food was great. It's really big so there was a lot to see. Parking wasn't too bad. Found a spot right away and they only charged $3 to park. A must if you are in the area.
Update: This place is still as awesome as the first time. Parking is only $3 which is great. Love their food and everything they have to shop for.
I visit Alameda swap meat from time to time. I took my mom's watches to have the batteries changed in them. I meet a lady at one of the jewelry stands there. She only charge 5.00 to put batteries in watches. That's a good deal. I ended up buying a pair of sterling silver earrings from her before I left.
This place is HUGE!!! Lots to shop from of anything! But!!!! The employees of the stores were basically acting as sales people throwing products in your face!! I don’t like that or appreciate that!! Let the items sell themselves...ugh!!! I couldn’t shop in peace. Also the toys were priced more then Walmart toys!!!
Great seafood oysters and more
Alot of the same stuff being sold, be care ful some people have stuff on display for sale but don't actually have it, they tell you I can go get it for you in which they charge an extra 20 dollars , so they go buy it from the cheaper guy just to resell it to you or who ever wants that item.
Dirty place... area is not the best so don't come here in your nice ride.
