I recently went to this place to get a powder manicure. They ripped me off and charged $70. It's one thing if they actually did a good job, then I would be happy to pay that, but they didn't! They told me that removing the polish and tip was included. Any other place charges $40 (no charge for removing polish)!!
The salon was spotless and clean. The manicurist was very pleasant and did an amazing pedicure.
Charged a fortune to do my 3 year old nails and then she took a bath and it all came right off!! Terrible
the worst nail experience of my life. for starters, i waited over 40 minutes to be seated and that is even with making an appointment. the women began doing my nails and all she was doing was pulling skin off of my nails until the point that they were bleeding and then she proceeded to put alcohol on them which made them burn terribly. she was being extremely unsanitary, passing around tools with other employees who were doing nails and not even attempting to clean them and her hands were sweating all over me, it was absolutely disgusting. i wish i was kidding when i tell you she not only tipped over the nail polish bottle once and spilled it, but TWICE. and even after all that my nails look like $hit.
Im a little 50/50 with this salon. I walked in and asked for a fill in and a regular pedicure, they start with my pedicure and then mid process, they tell me that they dont do acrylics or fill ins….So why would you seat me after i almost finish my pedicure? Also Its $25 for a Regular pedicure. I would understand if they were on the high end but they aren't. BUT i will say, Melanie did a great job on my pedicure.
I love this place! I come here every week, and have a good experience everytime.
Manager was very dishonest with me in store. When I called before she said she would honor a gift card (given the date and details) and wrote it down. Once I made the treck, she denied doing any of it. I assume she wanted me to come, and if I'm there anyway, I'll pay. Nice colors, but bad etiquette.
The workers are absolutely obnoxious! They give so much attitude! One of them even spoke about me to a coworker in Spanish, and I understood what she said and told her so and said it's not ok to talk about people. My manicure chipped the next day. I would NOT reccomend!
