I have super super curly, thick hair. I wash and deep condition before I go with a product that actually makes my hair super soft but they always RE-wash me and add their own. I was seen less than 5 minutes when I got there, which is awesome. They used a rat tailed comb on ALL this hair, but later switched to an afro comb. The heat was fine but as time went on, 'victoria' began to really pull and seemed frustrated. She did an awesome job but I realized she was trying to leave so as time went on, she raked through all this hair and it was painful. My hair came out beautifully but I'll go earlier in the day and hope to have a more patient experience.

I will never go back there. I brought my daughter who has very thick 4c hair. I went to get her a silk press. When we left her hair smelt like it was burnt and like it had chemicals in it. The next morning her silk press was puffy and no longer straight. I asked for her to cut her hair and she didn’t go it as a beautician you should know when someone needs a trim but she didn’t do it. Then my daughter had what looks like a chemical burn on her face. And her hair is not the same texture as it was before. You can clearly see some type of relaxer or something was out in her hair. Or she damaged it by the amount of heat she used. Needless to say I will never go back. HIGHLY disappointed

Be ready to wait, Or get passed over if you don't keep reminding them you are there waiting. I am mixed but do not speak Spanish. I was ignored, I will say not on purpose but it happened. And then I was charged incorrectly and had to ask for an explanation of the charges. I did not make a fuss, just politely declined a tip after being there from 9 am to 2 pm for a wash and blow dry... Loved my hair though. My daughter and I both got our hair done same service except for a deep conditioner. My daughter was finished in an hour, I was left under a hair dryer for over an hour (I was told 15 mins) with a 20.00 conditioner in my hair. The 3 women that came in behind me were leaving when I was finally remembered. I had to tell them I was there an hour before they came because they were being ushered to the wash sink and I was still sitting there. My young daughter had to wait for hours for me to get done. But... My hair was on fleek. Be vocal if you go, they will hook you up but their process is in need of tightening up.

BEWARE: This place was highly rated by a family member but we went and waited for two hours with appt. Ended up seeing someone else because the other lady was busy..... For a hair cut and shampoo and a little style $100? Wow!! really never again go on your risk...!

I had the worst experience here at this salon. I had told a woman that I had a 10am appt for a wash and blow dry, and I didn’t get seen until 10:30am, while all of the walk in customers got seen before me (with an appt). Then once I had my hair washed, I was put underneath the dryer for no reason for another additional half hour to the point where my hair was bone dry. Then, I was shuffled around in the salon into different chairs for others to sit in. At this point, it was almost 12pm and I felt disregarded and ignored. I felt like my time was not being considered, and a wash and blow dry for my hair texture should take no more than 1-2 hours TOPS. I had been there for 2 hours already with only a wash done to my hair, I was upset and I was up and ready to leave. The same woman that I had talked to in the beginning had said that I would be next after a few minutes after I had expressed my frustration of waiting to her. Another woman had proceeded to do my hair where it was painful due to all of the heat on my scalp, peer-pressured me when I clearly didn’t feel comfortable into getting a trim “for free” and she chopped off almost 5 inches of my hair and it’s so uneven. The whole thing ended up being $90 and I was there for 3 hours. I’ve been so upset, my hair is ruined. Never come here, this business is so unprofessional and incompetent.

Very clean and professional..the stylest's are great!! Very polite and most importantly they're very good and work quickly. I go for quicklyanf I'm VERY satisfied with her work!

Made an appointment when i arrived I waited over an hour and a half... my daughter sat for 3 hours to get her hair done. By the next day it all came apart.... total waste of time and money but make sure its cash.
