I have taken my coonhound here twice now for a clean and nail trim. The staff is very friendly and my dog is excited to go back. She is good with other dogs so they allow her to be out when she’s not being worked on. It’s so nice that she doesn’t have to kennel. Their prices are very fair and I like that you can see the grooming area. You can tell they really love the animals. Juliet loves her pretty Bandana.
Took them 7.5 hours to groom our dog. When we dropped her off, we were told a couple hours. 4 hours of no call later, we called and were told an hour and a half. We got there two hours later, and they were just seeing to her. I was furious. At $70 cost, waiting around the city for a day, and with the dog's toenails poorly ground down, I am quite displeased.
Very good service definitely will back. She done a great job with my pug,and bulldog I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else

Appointment at Noon, said she would be done by 2 at the latest, started grooming her at 3:45. Got done at 4:40. I'm sure glad I drove 40 miles round trip for this. One and done. Never Again.

Amazing place!! I took my dog in today and she was taken care of so well. I definitely recommend this place. The staff are so kind and patient with the animals and the costumers as well. I will definitely be coming back again to get my dog groomed! It’s also very affordable!
