The best fish and chip shop in London for sure. Their haddock is always served fresh and the chips portions are huge. The owners are very attentive and are always up for a chat whilst you wait for your order to finish.

As a previous customer at park view chippy for over 25+ year but now with new owners the food is dismal! That if I could give them a -5 I would!
I was recommended this chippy by a friend and I love it! Being busy with work and Xmas atm I have ordered 3 in the last 4 weeks! Lol! First order was cod and chips but then tried cod bites! Out of this world! For 5.50 for 3 they are pretty big compared to most I have had and the chips are outstanding! Only one glitch from these 3 orders is the last one they sent gravy instead of curry sauce! But how good the food always is I let it slide ::D
This fish and chipshop, not only does the best fish and chips, always fresh. Never over-cooked or under-cooked. But also the staff have shown to me today, great, humanity. I made a mistake on a order, which meant the kids lunch would have gone with no chips. Which would have been pretty boring. But Codfather notices something was off and sent a bag of chips. During this cost of living crisis and so close to Xmas, this was a beautiful gesture.
Best not to order lunchtime but I still keep doing this in the hope of improving the quality, invariably fish seems to be too oily and the chips appears to be left over from the previous day. Very disappointing as Codfather use to be the very best.
Had cod, chicken and mushroom pie and large cups tonight. Has to be the best fish and chips in the area. Particularly excellent chips tonight. Not the cheapest but worth every penny…!
Lovely big portions and freshly fried fish. Had fish and chips yesterday and served by Ali. The food is fab and staff are friendly and we always get a few chips to eat in the car in the way home!
