Today 2/3/23 I was excited to treat myself to a mani and pedi as I haven’t done so in awhile. The pedicure was painted horribly. Shellac in my cuticles and my pinky toes filed and cut jagged! Thankfully a male mail tech removed the shellac and repolished but the woman in the salon spoke in the language for a long time pointing and saying “cuticle”. I didn’t let it bother me and the male tech finished my pedi and was pleasant while doing so. I get my mani done by a different lady and it was ok. Polish in a few cuticles and not fully painted on the edges (seems most nail techs only care about how the top looks and I hate that). I’m already tired from getting my toes painted twice and I didn’t want to be perceived as a “difficult” customer. So I give her my credit card to pay. My mani and pedi should have been 80$ (35 mani 45pedi). The lady told me she’s charging my card 85$ because I she filed them rounded and that’s an extra $5(she then points to the price board). I examine the list of prices and I state firstly you should have made me aware that there would be an additional charge because I requested a natural nail shape as I keep my nails really short and secondly its not listed on the board. She ignores me and process my credit card. I won’t ever return. Some pictures below.

Got my daughter's nails done before school and they said they could do design she wanted before they started then after they get half way done say they don't have what she want. Total waste of money could have went somewhere else. Also it has been a week and 3 of the nails have come off already, low quality will never return.

Today was my first time at T & Q Nails and it was fabulous! Tina did a beautiful job on my pink and white ombre nails. ????♥️ I will definitely be back!!

Update: I've been coming here and they do a great job. However, it's gotten SO pricey. For a gel fill-in (short) and regular shellac it cost me $47! That's too expensive. ????????‍♀️

My sister and I have tried multiple places in the area and we prefer this one by far. You can feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk in- it's pleasant, calming, and fun. Nails are good, period.

Got my girls nails done there on the fly. It was 7:25pm and they close at 7:30pm. But they accommodated her for some really nice pink and white nails. Great place, great prices, and great people. 2 thumbs up!!
