Had upper lip. Not happy at all. Plan on going somewhere else to finish what she started. I’ve been going there for over a year and never had this issue, from my perspective she really didn’t care very nice pleasant woman, but it did upset me that she didn’t try to remove what I could feel with my fingers on my upper lip. She did a great job on my eyebrows very happy with that. But I do have to go to someone else to finish the wax that wasn’t completed. I would love to talk to a manager regarding this issue.
