Giant cookie for son's birthday. Looks and tastes amazing! Lovely friendly café, with gorgeous cakes!

Been 4 times and the service is just too slow. Can get the same quality food, in regards to your chips, you can get much better quality for the same price. Always waiting for a simple order.

It took you longer to find out if you had a burger than it did to actually cook my sausage sandwich order...

Found this great coffee shop off the Hadrians wall path on our first day walking, just 2 minutes from the path. Great smoothies, iced coffee, toasties and cakes - we tried them all. Very friendly team and service. Highly recommend a visit.

Fabulous little café. Great food (hot and cold) and a lovely welcome from the lady behind the counter. Stop reading this and get yourself down there! Pro tip: parking is on the road out front, so be careful of the double yellow lines. And the bus traffic, of which there is quite a lot. Finally, be aware that the menu is across assorted boards inside, so if at first you don't see what you want, keep looking ... or just ask, like I did!

We visited this coffee shop recently after visiting a family member in a near by home. The cafe was quiet in the front. Looked really nice. People I was with decided to sit in the back as it was cooler. There was a couple of people there with babies. Sat chatting. After they left their table was a complete mess as was other tables. Staff were not busy, but no one cleared the mess. I had a cheese scone, that was dry. I left it. Will not be returning, and people I was wuth me agreed. Not impressed at all.

Nice little coffee shop, freshly made food to take out. Pleasant staff. Definitely worth a visit when in the area

Updated. Note to owners, please do something about the chain curtain in the entrance doorway. In the current COVID-19 climate, this is a really bad idea and contributes to spreading the virus.

EDIT to reply to owner comment: Apologies, did not mean to offend you, only offer feedback. But I did not repremand your staff, I politely suggested to pass on the concern. Also, I definitely came in with a mask and wore it, but your staff said I was early for my pickup, so I bought a coffee from your shop and took my mask off to drink that while I waited.

Beautiful homemade cakes and sweet treats, gorgeous savoury food and lots of drinks to choose from, I go in nearly everyday the staff are amazing I can't recommend this cafe enough it's wonderful x
