Maybe someone was having a bad day or something, but the manicurist who did my friend’s nails seemed not very happy and didn’t even respond with a “thank you” when my friend gave her a 20% tip and thanked her in earnest. Both my friend and I felt like we weren’t very welcome at this salon though we tried to be polite and not picky. The gel manicure was satisfactory, though rushed. The price was good.
I got a gel manicure done by Traci- she is amazing and has an INCREDIBLE attention to detail. The other staff I interacted with were helpful and kind. The salon is also kept clean and has a minimal nail polish smell. I wanted to get a bright color for summer, I am so happy with how it came out. Their selection was great so there is something for every occasion- bright & sassy or mellow/ natural. I made an appointment for lunch time and although they were busy it seemed to move quickly. I will definitely be going back ????????
Hon was so amazing! She did my pedi quick efficient. Chon did my nails exactly like the picture I showed him. The whole experience was relaxing.
This place gave me the BEST manicure and pedicure I’ve EVER had. I will never go anywhere else from here on out. The owner did my pedicure. I can’t remember his name but I got the regular, $35 pedicure and I still got a 20 minute leg massage with it. He also did a GREAT job on my toes. The lady who did my nails, also can’t remember her name, but she gave me the best gel manicure I’ve EVER had!! There isn’t an ounce of cuticle, they are so clean and look so good. Best nails salon ever. It’s worth the extra $10-$20 to have a good quality nail salon!!!

I spent 2 hours to get a acrylic full set. One lady first started my nails I got moved to another man who rushed and even cut my pinky nail when I told him he ignored me . The nail polish I chose was almost empty instead of telling me to choose another color he kept using it and the brush hairs kept falling off the brush since he was scraping to get what was left. He kept wiping it off and apply more polish he didn’t even offer to change the color. When I was done my nails were bumpy , full of glue under and on sides. I told the man at the front and he had to drill off all the color and try to fix them. It was a Terrible experience my nails look better now but they still hurt because of all the drilling , filing and evening cutting my finger. I would not recommend this place not worth the price. Stay away !!!
I came with my sister to get my nails done for my wedding. We were the only 2 customers and there were at least 6 staff. They separated us, my sister asked to sit next to me and they told her no. The guy who did my nails didn’t seem to care. I showed him a picture of American tip nails and I got French tip except, instead of white they were baby pink at the tip! For my wedding! I was then moved to the massage chair and one person did my pedi while the first guy kept working on my hands. It wasn’t relaxing. The girl who did my toe nails genuinely tried and put in effort. I would give her 4 stars. The rest of the experience was terrible. I ended up going to a different salon so they could fix my nails! If you’re going just for a simple painting probably an okay place to go. But you can definitely get better service and a better price elsewhere.
I was getting disappointed with Napa Nails after a few years and decided to give Red Wine City a try, after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed! Cindy not only listened to how I wanted my nails done but actually understood my concerns - I'm hooked! Yes, more expensive for Fills and gel polish ($42 as opposed to $35 everywhere else) but the result was so worth it. I highly recommend this place!
