They seem to have reasonable grooming. Lots of products, friendly staff.
My daughter & I made an appointment for cats to be shaved. We both have long haired cats. My appointment was at 3:00 pm. I checked on him at 4:15 and was told he was still in the table, he soiled & they would have him ready in an hour. Received a call at 5:30 stating they can’t do him stating they can’t get him out of the crate & he’s hissing. Really? How did you get him out before??
What the heck? Please DO NOT advertise cat grooming when you clearly don’t know how to groom.
My daughters cat who barely weights 7 lbs didn’t get done because she was panting. Do not recommend this place for your kitties.
Brought our king Charles cavalier in for shampoo, trim and nail clipping.
She came out lovely...and I should say, she is a shy girl. New people scare her. Her groomer, Danielle, was great. Will definitely go back...AND, the pricing was fair. Same as in WI.

This store is new to The Villages. It carries everything you might need for your pets, including pet grooming. The employee working on the day we visited seemed very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pet store.
We brought our 8 month old puppy here for her first grooming and it went very well! Danielle did a great job of putting our dog at ease and making it a positive experience. She had a bath, got her nails trimmed and had all her shaggy fur cut beautifully! We will definitely be back.
Clean store. Friendly staff. Need a better larger selection of Zignature dog food. Small bags don't cut it.
