Excellent food, good value for money the building and it's surroundings was really nicely done and the staff were helpful and friendly. They had a really good gluten free selection and they helped us out singing happy birthday to my grandson. It couldn't have been nicer.
Will definitely be going again.
Our first meal in Yorkshire and we went to The Airedale Heifer for a beer and a roast dinner! The place was packed but the staff got us a table and service was super quick and really helpful. There's lots of staff so they're not much waiting. The roast pork and beef were delicious, and as expected, the Yorkshire pudding was great! The house bitter, Aired Ale was rich, creamy and really tasty. The Airedale is highly recommended!
Such a lovely atmosphere and place to have a drink and food!
We've driven past so many times and decided to treat ourselves for a visit and were very impressed!
The outdoor seating area is so lovely and big! Its also pet friendly so many lovely dogs to see.
The inside is stunning, so much character to the building and the decor is so well done.
The staff were really friendly and convinced us to try the flaming cocktail, although we couldn't see the fire, the drink itself was really nice.
As you can see, we got a selection of different things from the food menu and it was all worth it.
Great quality food at a good price.
Will definitely be back again, its great that places like this are on our doorstep.
Very nice place, very cosy and great atmosphere, also has a large beer garden for the warmer months. There is a large menu with plenty of choice, not just the random run of the mill menu that you get in a lot of places. There's a full page of vegetarian/vegan options and plenty of gluten free options. All food was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
We were staying just down the road at the Premier Inn. We called in the Airedale Heifer after looking on Google maps for places to eat. We were given a very friendly reception both on the phone booking a table and also when we arrived in the evening. The menu was very extensive with a great choice and a specials board as well. The bar had a brilliant selection of local craft beers, which were excellent. The whole staff were so friendly, competent, and helpful in every way. The atmosphere was very good. The place was quite full by the time we left but didn't affect the service in any way at all. Overall, we had a splendid meal and a delightful night out.
First visit to this pub recently and it won’t be my last. Really good pub food, cooked fresh to order. It was very busy when we visited (on a Friday evening) and it looked like there was a private party being held but service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely decor inside, nice to see that it's dog friendly there were a number of people In having sunday lunch with their pooches and they also offer a dog food menu too. We went for Sunday lunch In a large family group. I would say that the food ordered off the specials board looks much fresher and nice than the roast dinner I chose, if I went back I go for something other than the roast. Service was a little slow but they do advise that on the menu as food is all cooked fresh to order. Overall nice place to go for a relaxed family meal.
Lovely pub I've never visited before. Great range on menu and really reasonably priced. Plenty of parking, good facilities for families and the staff were all really kind and friendly with us with our small ones with us (who equally had a fabulous time). Won't hesitate to go again!
