Perfect nails is a great local establishment. They have lots of color selections to choose from. Walk-ins are accepted but they prefer scheduled appointments. The place was clean with ample space in the waiting area. I got the cat eye halo gel done by Cathy and I love how it came out. I was very specific with the design I wanted and she did great! She was very kind and professional.
I went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, not a fan of the color I chose but that’s on me. However my fill is TERRIBLE. They are lumpy, uneven and flared at the tips. I asked for a short rounded square shape and that is not what I got. I tried making comments as the girl was working but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She was using too much acetone with the acrylic powder and it was running everywhere. The polish isn’t even on the nails, some parts completely missed. This all took 2 hours at which point I just wanted to leave. They are absolutely refusing to give me any sort of refund, even though I am only asking for the $60 they charged for my nails and not the whole $100 that I spent. Definitely would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
Kathy is AMAZING! She makes ALL my visions a reality! Book early and be prepared to wait. $70-$95 depending on design and intricacies! MORE THAN WORTH IT! Wont go anywhere else!
If you use this salon, be sure to schedule with Cathy and be adamant that she does your nails, She does a wonderful job!! Unfortunately the other nail technicians do not do a good job!! They don't listen to what you are asking for, and just continue to do your nails as they wish. I asked for a coffin shape, a matte finish, and solid Silver sparkle on the ring fingers..... I got boxy square nails, no Matte finish, and the sparkles were not silver they were purple and did not match the nail color I got. I am very disappointed with the service I received. I will not be going back.
I got dip nails and they only did one coat so naturally when they buffed them you can see through the color. my daughter just got regular color on hands and toes and the price was outrageous considering 2 months ago it was only 10. Will not be going back.
Looked good at first, but 3 days in my nails are chipping and look terrible. Not good with dip powder. I have always had dip manicures and last up to 6 weeks! This is terrible!! I’m right handed and my left hand is the worst!
Never again. Booked 2 days ahead for an appt with KATHY was passed along in pedicure water for over 40 minutes now cold. 2 different workers at this point trying to rub products on my feet and stall now I'm here 90 minutes and still no polish on my toes. Charged me $40 for that mess and no polish becausei finally left in tears. I'm so upset. This is why people make appointments!!!!!
Was bad after a week my nails popped off. They said I did it myself called me a liar. Wouldn't even fix the nails. They told me not to come back. That after I leave there place its on me to take care of my nails. I'm so ????
