Never again. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had to get a simple pedicure. The lady was rude, aggressive & didn’t do anything I asked. The water was boiling hot & she didn’t even bother to change it. She rushed to do my pedicure, I asked for another package and she told me she didn’t have time and had other customers waiting. I made an appointment and she rushed the entire pedicure. Also, only ONE person working in the salon! Forgot to mention - she left me mid-pedicure to finish with another customer. Instead of this being a relaxing experience, it was aggravating. I definitely do not recommend this place.

My GF's and I went here and we have the most amazing experience. Probably one of the best massages I ever had. 5 stars all around!

Beautiful, warm and inviting on the inside. I came in for a massage. It was great. Excellent service. Staff was very polite. Id definitely would return and bring a friend.

Amazing people and amazing service. Moreover, would like to share a recent incident.. I left my watch in the premises while taking a facial and forgot. The next day when I called them, they said it is there and I can collect from the reception. This kind of honesty are rare and must be appreciated. Thanks!

I went to this place on 3/17/18 with my girlfriend. Had a 2hour massage and 30 mins in the jacuzzi. The place was beautiful. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Can’t say enough about my great experience. If I had to say something bad about the place it would be my deep tissue massage was not deep. But that was not her fault it was mine. I should of told her to massage me harder. But I would definitely go again.

I had great experiences there before, but today was the worst! I had a polish change and a leg wax. When I was paying for my services I told the woman at the desk I wasn't happy with my nails. She said "we're not a nail salon we're a spa " then proceeded to tell me to go to one of the nail salons down the block. Then why do nails?? Leg wax was okay. I will NEVER return just because of her nasty disposition. She had the audacity to ask me if I want to leave a tip for my nails. ????????.

Rude and NASTY! I was yelled at for confirming an appointment by the lady host! My appointment was delayed one hour with no notice!! I even argued with the host about my guest waiting and she actually yelled at me. Another time the seaweed wrap facial was amateur, not worth the price, no massage what so ever at all and after the facial the lady host held an envelope open to my guest not asking but demanding for tips! Just go someplace else, maybe the prices aren't so bad here but they completely ruin the point of a spa day.
