Best nail salon in Ithaca! They always shape my nails perfectly, plus they're great with designs. I can also tell they really value customer loyalty and make an effort to get to know regulars. I recommend them to everyone!
This is my first time EVER getting a manicure so I was nervous… but I had no reason to be because I ended up having a great experience! They were able to recreate the exact design I wanted and I’m obsessed. I like how they aren’t talkative and focused on doing my hands instead of making small talk. They did a great job and now I know where to go when I want a manicure and cute nail designs!
Always a great experience here, after my nail salon closed I was nervous about trying new places and they came recommended to me. And now I will highly recommend them as well! They're usually busy so you need to make an appointment ahead of time and be clear about what you want, I always get designs on my nails and they do a fantastic job! I don't have any complaints at all!
I was so excited. They came very highly recommended. I finally got an appointment for a fill, and to fix a few nails. Their pricing was very generous, but quality was disappointing. I went back the next day to show my nails, and I was told to come back after work to "fix" them. I upgraded to a gel polish as suggested, but the price was the same as my entire fill! You can still see the original purple polish, and I'm very sad customer.
Amazing service. The owner Todd is always so nice and welcoming and friendly and always so funny. Love, love Luxury nails and my visits. You all rock. Never disappointed, always the best work on my nails. Thank you Todd and Ben and the new guy who did my nails today. Great job. See u in 2 weeks :)
Wow this place is so AMAZING! I came in asking for a design I saw in the pictures on their google page and the owner (I think he was the owner) was so so nice in explaining the best way to do the design with gel (since the original photo was on acrylics). The woman who did my nails was so great and shaped and cared for my nails so well...I could tell she has been doing this for a long time she did such a great job. A different guy came over to actually do my polish/design and he was equally great and I really appreciated that they all worked together as a team. Will definitely be making this my new go to salon and in fact I made an appointment for my mom and I to get pedicures on my way out!
To set the scene: I’m pretty prissy about my nails. Recent to the area, and had been to 5 diff. nail salons that were all a joke. .
These people absolutely nailed it. I had an appointment at noon and “surprise!!” I actually sat down at noon. Place was super clean. I had dipping powder with nail art. Ben filed them in the exact shape I wanted and he replicated the picture I brought in. Almost brought a tear to my eye when he was done. Pedicure was pretty A+ as well
Even though I’m an hour away I will happily drive out every two weeks because now I can sleep at night knowing my nails are going to be perfect. VERY, VERY satisfied
I am always impressed with how good my nails look when I’m done here! I’ve been three times and they always do such an amazing job.
