My family and I have been coming to Luxor Nails for years and their service is beyond awesome. All the staff are very nice and easy to get along with. Anne is our stylist and is amazing, always satisfied with our results and receiving compliments! This will continue to be the place we go for more years to come.
I went to get my nails done n decided to choose this store to give an opportunity too on march 31st & I tell u not even two days later my lashes was coming off mind u it was my first time getting them done and no tips on how to keep it clean or how to remove them. then my nails it look so beautiful when it was done but then they started popping off one by one the next day i can’t believe how horrible this service & the only thing that makes sense is that they are using cheap materials charging big money SMH ! I even left a $40 tip I paid almost $200 on nails pedi and lashes n still left a 40 tip DONT GO HERE THEY SERVICES IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY !!
Walked in without appointment. Cheerful, courteous staff. Customers in the salon were complimentary of staff. My experience was awesome. Prices were fair. Salon was clean and brightly lit. Thank you.
Very unprofessional and Ill mannered. I sat down before 12 and didn't leave until 2pm. More than 2 people working on me and they kept leaving me to do other things. When I told them of my unhappiness they laughed and joked. I will never go back there. I recommend Stella Nails.
The worst nail shop in Hinesville! The damage from getting my nails done here! Most nail shops I have been to make my nails grow! My nails have never been so damaged until after going to this place! The gel powder was placed on top of my cuticles I had to wait until my nail grew out before I could feel my nail again! Stay away from this place!
Haven't gotten my nails done in years. Decided to go here from a recommendation and I'd have to say job well done. Exact color, style with a touch of bling. She did a wonderful job and for just $45 its so worth it.
They definitely rush through pedicures like it’s a race, no matter which level or package you buy. My friend and I stopped here while we were in town for work. When I told the tech he missed a step and didn’t push my cuticles back, he got defensive and halfway fixed it. Also, he rushed through every other step during the pedicure process. Please keep in mind, there were no other customers in the building and it was not busy at all. I pass through this area sporadically, but I’ll definitely make a note not to come here again. The whole experience was underwhelming.
Third place we tried today--all were packed at 10:45am. This was the only one with enough staff to not have an hour or more wait. 20mins and we were able to get our pedis--and nice, chatty staff. Our toes look (and feel) beautiful!
