I visited UPS shipping a box and I had lots of questions. The employee Dakarai was most helpful as usual with his divine personality. He walked me through everything with his amazing skills and patience ???? Best location ever!
First time visiting today… I got a chance to first meet Richard(5 stars), then Jamal(5stars). Wonderful personalities, and great service. I will visit again on my return trip to Douglasville to visit my son- even if it is just to say “Hello”.
My car had already been washed. I stopped by just for the hot wax which I wish was not attached to the $18 dollar wash, so really the five stars are for the two wonderful employees I met and their service.
Got what I needed quickly with the help of professional associates. In and out in under 10 minutes. Definitely not “the Orange Guys!” You’re gonna love it at Lowe’s!

I had a discriminating experience there twice considering I'm a black female but there was a situation with two black males one in store which cursed because of the customer service line and jumped in front of me in line and I had my 2yr old niece with me, he didn't apologize and left.
One in the parking lot due to him letting a buggy run into my car and he saw me going to my car and it was going to hit it and I mentioned it and the woman he was with had to have him get out and correct issue.
I know this is not a over all customer service concern besides the one situation in customer service line, but they wonder why decent black females don't really give them a time of day when incidents like this happen so discriminating and this not the only time this has happened.
