I want to share my experience which was pretty good the customer service from the employee was awesome ???? they understand my needs which was eyebrow wax and lashes extensions. Both came out great and the wait time wasn’t long. I would recommend this business to other customers and their prices is decent.
Horrible… I came to get my nails for Valentine’s Day and I paid $65 the nexts day 3 of my nails broke and I called they told me they will fix them I get there now they’re saying $40 and $50 trying to scam me out of more money then was laughing in my face and talking about me to another customer saying I broke my nails on purpose… very unprofessional customers are the reason your business is open so treat us with respect I will never go here again and I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know stay away !!!!!! These people in nail salons need to learn how to treat people and stop just taking our money and giving us sloppy work simple. And my feet was rush polish got messed up and smeared because they’re so money hungry
A plus on the eyelash lady. I went in there with lashes that were botched the day prior and she FIXED THEMMMM I’ll post before and after
I went in for a fill and replacement, the nail tech Loan did a much better job than the young man who gave me a full set. I was satisfied with her service and look forward to her doing my nails again.
The pedicure was not rushed at all and came out Awesome!! Also got a full set 4 days later 4 of the lifted from the base of the nail. They fixed it but I will not get my nails done in with them again. Very disappointed. I paid 75 dollars for all my nails too pop off!!
I am so not satisfied with this service !! I would really like a refund !!! But I can’t . I didn’t say anything when it was finished because I knew they still wouldn’t want to refund me . SH%t is WAYY TO THIN ! Now I have to wait a very long time until my eyebrows grow back . This is ridiculous. $98 for just a simple cute manicure and a brow and tint .i love the nails but this is just WAYY to much $$$ I’m never coming back here again !!! Don’t recommend any black females getting it done there they will make it how they do there’s.
I've been here a few times and have always had a great experience. They actually take their time and make sure that you are happy with the end result. I've been to a few other places for pedicures but they always seem rushed. I've never felt like that here!!! This is the only place I will go for a pedicure ever again!!!
