Fish and fish cakes are as always first class...but, what's happened to the chips? Very fine and crispy scraps best describes the majority served. Far better to go back to the plump fat chips we love and cut back on the quantity. Really disappointed on out last three visits.
Tried the fish and chips last week and was highly impressed with the quality and portion size.

Absolutely fabulous fish and chips , best in the area bar none . If you like your batter crispy this is the place to go and the chips are also golden brown and delicious.

Been going to this chippy for years and when the boss is in its a really nice place but when the boss isnt in the staff are lazy and rude, it doesnt matter at what time of day you go there is supposedly no fish, small or normal portions its a shame because it can be a good place
