Visited this place after 4 years and I was pleased to say it hasn't just stayed the same but it has improved from an already great establishment to an even better one.
Their mezze salad I would highly recommend and so was their afghan pulaow special and also the fatayer.
I would recommend the mint tea to follow!
A famous institution that is well known for their cheap dishes. I always come for the chicken fatayer which for £4 is a great deal. Lots of cheese with soft crispy bread and good amount of chicken shawarma inside. It’s almost like a pizza without the tomato sauce for those who’ve never had one before
Reasonable prices given the quality of food. We ordered biryani with soup but it was’t that delicious at all. On average it is okay-sh with friendly staff.
This place has the best fatayer I’ve ever had, the grilled lamb and chicken is succulent. The mixed mezze is amazing. Great prices and the food is always fresh and cooked and prepared on the day. Whereas the shawarma is prepared the night before to give it time to marinate properly. It is an extremely busy place no matter what time you come because the quality of the food is next level. Highly recommended, you can eat in and there are seating options upstairs to near the counter, if you eat in, order the food and they will bring it to you.
Good and fast service, friendly members of staff, plenty of seating available, a wide range of menu items to choose from. It does get busy, was recommend by a few friends to go and try this place and their fatayer, which was decent. Highly recommend this place for people to try out, there is some near by street parking.
An excellent and affordable place. Excellent food and great taste right in center of Wilmslow Road.
