Love Gia's. Everyone is so nice. My hair stylist, Sarah, is awesome and beyond. I get many compliments on my hair and she does a great job with both cut and color. Michelle does my nails and she does a fabulous job as well. Also a really wonderful person.
Really loved it here but my stylist had to cancel my haircut at the last min. It had been scheduled for over a month because it was before a wedding I was attending. I understand things happen but they didn't even try to find someone to fill in for her so I could get my hair done before the wedding. I won't be returning.
Unbelievable. This salon contacted me NINE times by text and voice messages to remind me of an appointment I made TWO days ago. But when I showed up not a single one of this establishments' THREE employees looked up or acknowledged me.

I saw Lily today for the first time. I had a cut and color with her. We talked before we began and I felt comfortable. My husband even liked my new cut and color and he never comments on my hair adventures. I will definitely be seeing her again.
Such a little Gem in Brighton!! Michelle Hill does my nails and I not only love having her do them, but i love the little room with the Fireplaces! Everyone that I have met there seem really lovely!!
