Visited : Monday 15.30hrs
Pint of Leffe : £3.69
Very clean Wetherspoon pub with a good range of Real Ale beers at very reasonable prices. It was quite busy for Monday and well situated on the main street. When the weather is warm the front windows open up allowing a street café feel.
A very typical Wetherspoon's place, very well decorated and clean. The food was relatively cheap and good quality and most meals had an alcoholic or soft drink included. My two friends and I had a small meal accompanied by chips and salad and an alcoholic drink. Only one of us had a desert and we all had coffee. The coffee is only £1.25 and you can refill whenever. The bill for all this was just under £33. A great price for fairly substantial meals etc. I have to comment on the staff who were all very nice, friendly and very competent. We would return in the future.
Okay, so we all know what to expect at any Wetherspoons. Good food and drink at very reasonable prices.
Prestwick Pioneer, in my opinion, somehow goes 1 step further. The service here is just exceptional. We called in for breakfast as we had enjoyed our dinner so much the night before.
Our breakfast offering (Eggs Benedict) wasn't quite as hot as it could have been. We mentioned this to our waitress who promptly removed both plates, and explained they would cook up 2 fresh portions. This they did and provided us with free extra toast, marmalade and tea and coffee.
All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, and the service is second to none.
Visited on 18th Feb..Saturday afternoon and place was very very busy. Managed to get a table ( thanks to a kind couple who were leaving ) and ordered food and drinks via the app. Didn't wait very long and drinks delivered, followed quickly by food - 2 wraps with chips, 1 baked potato and a panini. Food was lovely, and chips where delicious.
Did want to clear our table of glasses as we were also passing the table on however due to the volume of dirty glasses at the pass there was no space to do so.
First time visit and although you know what you're going to get food wise (great value) and the selection and price of beers (always excellent) the atmosphere at the Prestwick Pioneer was great. It was busy but a fantastic buzz all through the place, loved it????
Nice range of real ales at very good prices. Food was decent enough that I would visit again, staff were very pleasant. No televisions or loud music, you can have a conversation.
Standard Wetherspoon with great seating and the opening window system allows for great airflow on warm summer days. Not the best food but the experience of a Wetherspoons is undoubtedly splendid and is arguably unbeatable.
Absolutely ???? Delicious Gourmet Steak with a Beautiful glass of Red ???? Wine Wonderful Cheery staff with good service with a big???? Smile.
All the best to the ex-"Graduates" from Wellington School with their "Transparency????Project". Just herd from Ali????
Great news!!
Please???? EatOut at the Wetherspoons Pioneer. WonderfulValue$$????
