I had the worst experience as it being my first time EVER coming to this beauty supply store... I'm looking around I don't know where anything is, was asked if I needed help I said no... than for the remaining time I got so uncomfortable with the big lighskin lady with the BLONDE wig that was staring at me the WHOLE TIME as if I was gonna steal boy she has bad judgment an her demeanor was awful... the lady I believe that was one of the owners didn't speak to me neither... won't go here NEVER AGAIN...

MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE CORRECT PRODUCTS BECAUSE THERE REFUND POLICY SUCK. Gel and moisture whip is considered a chemical. So long family beauty you lost a customer i will take my money somewhere else and i surely will never send anyone to this store if i can help it. The crazy thing is i was going to buy something else that would of been more than what this refund was...your lost someone else benefit. ✌????
I shop here all the time. Very nice selection of products and different hair with affordable prices. All ladies who work there are extremley helpful, nice, and caring. They care about there customers and their happiness and make you feel comfortable. I only shop here now and will continue to shop here.
I would like to give a shout out to the the customer service agents that work here I know that this location is fairly new to the Glenville Community I do like what they're doing there the young lady was able to help me get the correct products for healthy hair keep up the good work excellent customer service
