Love the place always happy with what I get done u walk in and everyone talks to u like they known u for years just a nice and relaxed place, definitely my go to place ♥️ Trina super nice, and Alex is also amazing loved being there will definitely be back.

I don't feel like it is possible to be disappointed with this place. I love coming here because I know I will not walk out dissatisfied. The best part is I told her exactly how I like my nails and she met it, then remembered the next time I went. ♡ ❤️ ♡ don't know how but I'm impressed.

I have been coming here for over 10 years now. Always loved my nails at the end of the service.

As far as waiting time and the complaints on here. There are clients that make appointments for one thing and change it up last second making the process longer. Ive never had a rude experience from ANY of the workers. Some may be quieter and that's totally fine with me. You can't walk into a place with an entitled attitude and expect others to kiss your rear ????????‍♀️.

Either wait or find a different place. 1 "bad" experience shouldn't be review worthy if you can't give the place an actual chance.

Only bad experience I had was prior to Linda and Trina owning it.

If you are looking for nail art or just quality polish, look no further. This place is the best! Linda started by doing my sisters nails and then after one visit I was hooked. Not only do they do amazing work, They know my name, take the time to chat with anyone who sits in their chairs, and always make me feel comfortable. Coming here, I know my nails are in good hands!

Excellent customer service. We had 1 child & 2 teens who wanted fingernails done and one pedicure. Everyone was happy with the results. My daughter said the fill on her nails was better than the original job at another salon.

This is my first time time going to this place and barely went on friday honestly if I could give a ZERO STAR instead of One star I would. My nails look so filthy and looks like if its been done since a week aqo, but just got it done the day before yesturday. It has been the worst experience ever. There is a Big chunky lady on the very front desk who started working on my nails but I could tell she was in a rush and also with an ugly atittude. I showed her the size and shape of the nails how I wanted it and also asked for an SNS. She ended up doing a full set of acrylic nail and with short curvy nails. I had posted pics of my white nails. Please take a look of how bad of a job she did. She never did any cuticle around the nail nor the inside I told her the nails did not look nothing like what I showed her and she supposely just file it and thought she fixed the problem. When she finished she never put the yellowish oil around my nails. She only said to wash my hands and thats it. Anyways I forgot to mention about the diamonds, if you can take a look at it, they are not glued to the very bottom, you can still she the nail polish under it. I truely and honeslty DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL WHAT SO EVER!!!! They choose to do the job the way they want to instead of doing what the customers ask for! Please dont waste your money on this Business!!! Its not worth one penny!!! Horrible horrible job!!!

Linda is nice and courteous. However, I had to point out the unevenness of the shape of my tips. I was seen almost an hour later than my appointment time. Do not get a pedicure here. I had a horrible experience. They do not give thorough pedicures and they move too fast, the lady almost scraped my pink toe cuticles off. They are severely understaffed. There’s an older lady that needs to hang it up and stop working because she had a NASTY attitude and was extremely unprofessional. She clawed my foot to give me to another worker since she was frustrated with my questions and telling her she was going too fast. There should be a manager because no one addressed her work ethic or service. They give two clients per worker. It’s outrageous. Extremely unprofessional. It is a shame because other than that lady everyone was pleasant..
