Went in yesterday and brought my mother with me. I was prepared to stock up on a wonderful brand of eyebrow pencils. We were followed around as if we were common criminals. The Associates were peeping from around corners, and when we would look up they would back up and pretend they were doing something else.
I come into this store and purchase items all of the time, but I will never be back. If you think people are going to steal, why not approach them and ask if they need assistance? Why did I have to approach an Associate and ask for help? Fortunately, you did not have the eyebrow pencil, I thought I purchased previously. I was rudely told you didn't carry that brand name. As I further perused the store, I saw the brand name, but then you switched up and said you do carry that brand name, but not for the item I was searching for. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.
The light skinned lady, with the curly hair was ridiculous. The main culprit. She knows my face. I have purchased items from her on many occasions. She should join law enforcement and become a detective, the way she was following my mother and I around. I told my mother to put down the items that she was going to purchase, and "Let's go!"
They're very helpful in this shop. I've been some places where they are so rude and watch you like a hawk.????

I asked someone for help. I believe it was the owner. He wasn't very helpful at all. He then proceed to follow me throughout the store as though I was going to take something. He was very rude and not professional. I never returned and that has been over 3 years ago. I don't give my business to anyone that does not appreciate me as a customer. Customers is what keeps the business going.
I have been shopping at C&C beauty for years....even though I have moved out of the area this still remains to be the place where I do all my beauty shopping. They have a rather large selection when it comes to wigs...which is the main reason I shop here. They also stay on top of trends when it comes to weaves, hair, and products. The store is always clean and the set up makes it easy to find the products I'm searching for. Did I mention how helpful and professional the staff is?!!! Best customer service hands down!!!! The staff is also very knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell which is a plus!!!
The agent employees make you feel uncomfortable because they watch you like a hawk as if you're trying to steal something. It's like every way you walk they are walking and you can't shop and looking piece. However, the store is very organized and they have a lot of hair products and makeup to choose from at a reasonable price.
Products are good quality and cheap. But the customer service sucks. I gave this location 1 star due to the fact everytime I walk in they follow me like a hawk. It makes my experience very uncomfortable. I know not everyone is honest but that doesn't give no one the right to follow behind me like im going to steal. Get loss prevention and cameras, if the issue is that bad. If Im going to support a business they must conduct great customer service and treat me like a loyal customer vs a convict PERIOD! Their in a black community meaning damn near 90% of their customers are black. We are supporting this business faithfully, for them to treat us anything less then a loyal customers. Don't support this business, go up the street. Find another location that won't follow u around like your going to steal and treats you with respect. Its not what u do, it's how you do it.
