Moved to Jacksonville 6mos ago and there the only place I go to get my nails done. I love this shop

Not the best but not the worst. I had henry I think, can't remember. Some of the naila are cut a little crooked, and two nails have bumps under the Polish. (Only if you're really paying attention, you can tell.) There were two guests that had just had their pedicures done and were remarkably loud playing vulgar videos on their phones.. Remember we come here for relaxation.. Overall,I'll probably be back. They were nice to me and a good deal.
Very bad customer service, Tammy is very nasty to her clients and has a very unwelcoming attitude. I received a pedicure and acrylic services on my toenails and I contracted a fungus from their products. After I notice it a went back to them informing them of what happened and I was turned out. No explanation, no apology. They took zero responsibility for what happened and only said they could not assist me.
I understand they're understaffed, but the customer service needs to improve. Tammy does a great job on nails and that's why I kept going back, but today is my last! The guy that does the pedicures has an attitude problem. One Saturday morning there were 7 of us lined up outside the door when the sign says hours are 9a-6:30p Mon-Sat, but they don't open til 10 some days and then they close early. Online hours reflect the same hours as well.
So I’m completely done with this place and don’t recommend anyone to come here, I’ve been loyal to them for 4 yrs and keep giving them chances because yes Tammy the owner does good work on your nails as far as them lasting without breaking but the services is horrible, they treat their customers as trash not humble or kind at all. So I’m gonna speak on todays issue and not mentioning the many 100 other incidents. But how I only come to do my nails by Tammy no one else ever touches my nails so I come today as normal to get my refill and only 2 people there waiting for pedicures. I sign in and say hello very nice and joyful that I’m always and immediately no hi no nothing but it is a very long long wait , so I say really so how long more less, she replies idk really long but you I can’t do your nails too
Long and my hands hurt can’t do too long , so I immediately shocked at what im hearing and other two ladies there waiting are baffled as well so I say what u mean u can’t service me cause they too long you’re the only who does my nails and today im due to cut down as I do every other week and my nails aren’t even long long they’re normal
Length and you’re the only one who does them so since when . She goes nope nope can’t do them too long and my hands hurt so go elsewhere!!! Smfh I’ve been loyal for 4 yrs and tip great and this is the final

This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time, I had the absolute perfect experience. Tammy did my pedicure, everything was great. Today I went for a soak off/full set and pedicure. It is just Tammy & her husband working so I had to wait. Her husband was great. He soaked off my nails & did a part of my pedicure. I was told Tammy would finish my services. I asked Tammy not to file or cut my big toes as I long them long. She comply disregarded my request & cut them anyways. Then my nails… absolutely horrible. I ended up choosing SNS since my nails had some length after the soak off. She filed my nails so short to where I can see the tips of my fingers & I have to look at little boy hands for the never 2-3 weeks. I told her I didn’t like them, not only did she not care or offer to fix them, I asked for a discount & she refused. She said “it’s not like that here” in the nicest way possible I told her I’m never coming back. I’ve been getting my nails done fir YEARS! I’m used to a satisfaction guaranteed type deal but maybe they’re struggling for money bc of covid that they can’t afford to, idk. In the future, it’d be great to actually give your customer the services they ask for since they’re spending their hard earned money vs what you feel like doing. She was also distracted the whole time, she wore these big Bose headphones & I had to repeat myself anytime I said something. Nonetheless, I won’t be going back but I’m sure they don’t care.
I've gone about two or three times and I have enjoyed my visit and I love my nails each time, yes this includes my toes.
Tammie is fast and precise, she gives you what you ask for. I have been a satisfied customer.
Very rude workers. Poor customer service. I tried to visit twice and I had a bad experience both times. They don’t want to give you the service that you ask for they would rather take the easier route and do what is quick and best for them. I requested an overlay and because the worker did not want to put the work she insisted that I get a tip on my natural nails. I also asked for gel polish on my toes and the guy told me that he did not know how to do it. I don’t understand how a person doesn’t know how to paint my nails and put them under a light. But to sum this up they are very mean and unwelcoming. I will never put my money into this business again.
