We ordered the Iced Matcha Green Tea and the Strawberry Açaí. Both drinks were delicious. Loved the personal message written on the bag. Made me smile and cheered me up. Delivery on time. Polite and friendly driver.
The tables were dirty, and the floor sticky. The service was fast, we had to wait about 1 minutes for 2 coffees, one of them was comlpex, not a simple one. The shop has 2 screens with the train arrivals and departures, this is a very useful extra.
First time experienced such an exceptional service at any coffee drive through.
I always goes to McDonald for a quick coffee . But McDonald’s dint have a coffee latte . So had to try Starbucks.
Lady who served us . Was the best server I ever met in any coffee outlet.

Friendly staff and quick service. I tried an oat latte and it was great! Seating was a bit difficult to come by, but it was quite busy when I visited. There was a departures screen there too, which is super helpful. Would recommend!
I love going to this Starbucks. The staff are friendly and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. I don't get Starbucks food ad it's always overpriced and not tasty
Lovely environment and by far one of the best services around! One of the ladies in there who served me delivered amazing service. She even asked if my coffee was hot enough! Not had any service like this in ANY other Starbucks! 5 stars would recommend!

Decided to leave a review here as I think this has to be made aware of. Emailed HR but no response. I have regularly witnessed the mistreatment of employees at the Luton Starbucks Travel center (train station), by the manager of the store - I believe her name is Anna.
I am a customer and like to visit Starbucks often to relax or grab a coffee. However, upon my recent visits I have noticed the employees I see look increasingly upset, exhaused, frustrated and at loss. Additionally, I've noticed that my orders have often been made incorrectly. Though I don't think this is the fault of the staff based on what I have seen.
I used to work at the Luton Starbucks Travel Centre store back in 2020 under a different store manager at the time . As such, I am aware of the hardships that can come with the job, so I like to ask the staff to see how they are doing and if I can help out in any way.
They have never disclosed (I believe), the real reason why, instead, they say they are just having a busy or tiring day.
However, on one occassion when I quickly popped in to grab a coffee at a busy time, I saw the store manager verbally telling off one of her employees right in front of a whole queue of us customers.
This, I felt, was very unprofessional of her and demeaning on the employee. She should have at least taken them to the back of the store to provide discipline etc.
Additionally, this form of treatment is completely different to the management I receieved when I used to work there and would not expect to receive as an employee. She had no shame, care or respect and I felt really bad for the employee at the time.
As such, I advise anyone visiting to check on the staff to see how they are doing as I am concerned and only wish the best for them.
