DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! My mom and I came to this store and as soon as we walk in the two ladys at the counter told their employees to follow us around the store, we didn’t stay at the store for more than five minutes before we left, the owner was making us feel very uncomfortable. Also I’m pretty sure they were following us because they assumed I was black ( I’m not ) because after we walk in a white lady also came in as well and they didn’t treat like that.
Cashier today 9/12 at 5:30pm tried to overcharge me, when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. She was very rude from the time I walked in, she was not helpful at all. Highly unlikely to shop here again. Try Beauty Masters in Lovejoy

First Time in store and the customer service was excellent From the time I walked in the door. My girl Maya provided 1st class assistance with my hair care needs and got me right with my new wigs.
Went to buy edge control by Hicks..because that's the only edge control I buy for my daughters hair. First of all my daughter thought it was nothing in the container because it felt light. Then went I opened it up it was half way filled. It did not smell like hicks. Then when I went to apply to my daughter's hair it turned into an oil substance. When I know how hicks edge control works. That's why I buy it. When you buy hicks..you have to knock on the bottom of the jar. If it doesn't "Echo when you knock on it..it's not it. It's sad because it's the first time this has happened..and this is not my first time buying edge control by Hicks at this beauty supply. WE ARE BEING SCAMMED!
I visit this location often but today I was greeted by a very sweet young lady named Mya! She was very attentive and helped me with exactly what I came in for. She has amazing customer service????

As expected, the customer traffic was very active inside upon entering, and in my opinion that displays (Good - business; product supply; quality products and customer service). I was impressed by the level of multitasking of each employee on duty. This was my first visit and it was impressive. I needed assistance and didn't have to wait long. I was really impressed by the employee assisting me, she was attentive to me and to several other customers including checking out a third customer via register. This employee never once displayed an expression of not wanting to assist a customer. Her level of customer service was flawless, she maintained patience and professionalism throughout with each of us. My visit at this particular store was more than expected. I definitely "will" revisit. ????
