The lady who washes hair definitely tries to rush she tried half way combing out my hair with the conditioner she also attempted to leave product in it until I said something. Vanessa however got me together haven’t had my hair done in almost a year due to my pregnancy I was very pleased with her service.
If zero stars was an option I would give this salon zero stars. This salon was very unprofessional. I had to comb my own hair out and my hair wasn't even fully straighten. They don't know how to handle black women hair. They continued to burn and pull my hair out. This was my first experience and overall it was terrible there.
Very nice people and they do hair good
I was unhappy with my services. The lady that was washing my hair washed roughly after I told her multiple times she was rough and she ignored me. My hair was still dirty and was styled like nothing was wrong with it. I told the lady styling she was being rough. I have never been this disrespected from any stylish nor will I be.
I use to love this salon! Now they are so rude & nasty! They prices are high for nothing! First time coming in a salon and had to pay before getting service! Would not recommend at all!
Ignorant , rude DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL THEY NOT THAT GOOD WITH HAIR & I have beautiful hair I am Indian they are the worst of them all
Excellent costumer service great prices and they get you in and out in less then a hour I love it there I been going there for almost 6 years
My daughter's hair was beautiful when they got done with it
