Dawn is amazing! I’ve been going to her for 4 years and always good. She can do anything you want. She takes her time and is very neat. My nails always last over a month! I definitely recommend :)
I've come to Zara a few times now, great experiences. However, me and a friend of mine went to this salon today. Both of us received cuts on multiple fingers that were bleeding, and the nail techs kept filing over the cuts. The nails turned out great, but the pain was not worth it, nor was that sanitary or safe. The nail tech proceeded to ask me to give her a cash tip instead of credit card like I was going to. Not a great experience this time around.
Dawn did a great job on my nails, the salon stayed open past 7 to finish my nails! Very friendly staff!
I went here since it’s closer to home from my usual. I’ve never experienced my nails chipping and breaking so quickly with dip. They haven’t even had time to grow out and I’m already needing to go get them redone. 5 nails are chipped and one is completely off while another is pulling from the bottom. It’s painful and way more expensive than the place I usually go. I was charged so much for a small heart design on two fingers which was literally just nail polish hearts that took 20 seconds each.
I've been to this salon about 5 times. I went a couple times, stopped and then gave it another shot. After being hung up on by the salon owner and being spoken to rudely a number of times I am taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, the salon owner is extremely combative and rude - I was only asking what the estimated current wait time was for a manicure and was hung up on. Secondly, two times this salon has cut my cuticles so low that they have bled on both hands and were sore to the touch for a few days after my dip manicure. The second time I called to let the owner know just in case it would happen to another person and she was not interested nor did she apologize. I kept giving it another chance as it's the closest to my house but will be going back to Noire Nail Bar off 54 by the outlets.
Y’all! It was my first time here, mind you, I’m VERY picky about my nails. I ONLY go to my nail tech and she wasn’t avail. So I found this place & read some reviews. I have it a try and my nails are PERFECT! The young lady with the eyebrow ring did them and omg! IM COMING BACK! Great price for perfection! Nails are even and flat as they should be. I mean everything to the T ! Thank you!
This place has nice luxury vibes a bit pricey then the ones in Tampa but nice experience no complaints I get g acrylic nails :)
