The customer service was amazing as always!! My 11 year old granddaughter got nails and they did an age appropriate set on her. Beautifully done. I got a manicure with a white tip which is kinda hard to find someone that does it correctly. They did an amazing job!!! The place was nice, very relaxing atmosphere and clean!!! 5 stars!!!

We live 2 hours away from this place!! I Contacted them to make reservations for a bridal party for our bachelorette weekend and we showed up and they had bought us champagne and provided a complimentary snack bar for us. They were ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. Any time I visit the city, I want to go to this place!! HIGHLY recommend. They were fast and provided professional advice and service on our nails and toes. AMAZING. THANK YOU ❤️

I normally have pretty good service here. I call to make an appointment and normally, it’s the same day. Which I understand some waiting time, especially when calling for same day appointments. This particular Saturday, two employees got into a shouting match. I understand people won’t always get along but take it to the back. I was moved from the front waiting chairs, into a chair to look at gel colors. I watched employees walking around, leaving, and finishing their client and going to the back. After sitting for over 30 minutes without another word being said to me, I left. I won’t be back and you can tell that won’t make a difference in your business. People are just numbers that add to money. $5 extra, is all I ever hear. However, I called Designer Nails, they had a cancellation and got me right in. Full set at their location for $38 and they’re perfect! I will never go back to Urbane nails again!

If you want to get pampered and relax, Urbane Nails & Spa is the place. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. This place stays packed so call and book an appointment.

Wow! I was truly impressed by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the best service I have ever had! Everyone is amazingly kind and I was in awe how quickly and beautifully my nails were completed. I will be back! Thank you so very much! ????

David gave one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! The massage he provided was amazing!! Trish has the steadiest hand ever! She made my nails look like a million dollars!! Highly recommend them both
