Background: I have fine hair texture, not straight but kind of wavy and wanted more volume and fun. I have had a perm twice in the past ten years so it was waaay past due.
Really loved my experience here! First timer at a Korean salon and really glad to have had reference pictures to what I wanted- turns out it was a spiral perm!!! Great experience highly recommend.
Went in for a Korean wave perm & haircut and was very pleased! This was my first time getting a korean perm and the women working there were very helpful by answering all my questions such as the post-perm care process and what products to use.
I showed them some pictures of what I liked and she gave me advice how long certain perms would last. I wasn’t sure how much to cut, but she gave me recommendations and was super happy how it turned out.
They were all super friendly, so I’m definitely coming back next time I want a Korean perm!
Windy cut my hair and she did a really amazing job! Everything was very professional and I loved my hair after. She straightened my hair with a blow dryer and even tho my hair is naturally curly it’s still looks really good curly and is easy to manage. The longer hair picture is my hair before, was very damaged, the photo in the car is right after styling, and the rest are how it looks curly! Will definitely return.
One of the best places to get a really nice cut and color! They ate flexible with schedules and have great communication. The prices may be a little pricy, but it is very much worth every penny. They are willing to work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your hair! Below are my before and after.

This was my first time going here and I was kind of nervous but Windy made me feel at home. She is very nice and very skilled! I had an appointment at 11:30 and we finished at 12:30. I asked for a trim on the top, clean up on the sides, and also got a perm! It came out really well and I will definitely be back!
Great place to get your hair done! The employees were so kind and professional. I absolutely love my new hair, I can tell they really care about their clients and work very hard to make sure everyone is happy with their result. 10/10 would recommend.
I had a fantastic experience at Windy Salon. Very professional and they give attention to detail. Their goal is to do all it takes to create the look your asking for. Windy gives great suggestions and is very kind. I just moved to Austin a week and a half ago and this was such a great welcome! I'll be back!!
