This place is just dirty. The sink and tub were ok, the toilet was iffy and the walls and couch were nasty. The pillows are flat as pancakes and there was one outlet by the bed but no nightstand on that side. The outlet near the table isn't tight enough to hold a two prong plug. It loks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a few days. Trying to find a decent place at a fair price is a crapshoot nowdays.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My child checked out of her room and the lady at the front desk accused her of stealing a blanket even after my child showed her the blanket then proceeded to yell at me and my kid and threaten to call the cops. And also tried to charge me $50 for a blanket that had burn holes in it.
I'm big on customer service and their customer service was great. The lady was so pleasant and easy going. Also the next day the guy who was on duty was really helpful with helping and explaining how 3rd party charges worked, was helpful with get me what I needed to get the charge off and offered help with guest with kids above me making a lot if noise. The only thing some ppl my complain about it's being a older hotel but it's great for what it is. I'm a trucker and it a place for 1 maybe 2 night to lay your head. I'm satisfied. Don't expect Hilton Garden Inn. Keep up the great customer service.
This place is around everything. It's my second time stay, I do recommend!
Always a perfect stay from start to finish. The gentleman at reception is always genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious for myself and friend. Room, bedding and bathroom clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with all quality necessities. Lots of parking. Very peaceful night waking to the sounds of birds. Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again!
The comforter and sheets were dirty. The cushion on the pull out couch was stained. The fridge still had whomevers leftovers in it. Thankfully we had extra blankets and linen with us. Front desk was very polite considering the time of morning we checked in.
I came out of state for a funeral a week ago. I wasn't too impressed with the establishment. Property was dirty qnd the room was substandard and I ended up catching pink eye afterwards. I definitely would say to anyone i would stay at a different motel than come here
My husband and I stayed here while visiting family for a few days. The bathroom was clean but the sink had scum around the faucet area. The room smelled clean when we first arrived, but the sheets on the 2nd day of our stay had cigarette holes and the pillow covers had stains as well as the comforter. The staff was very friendly although on our last day before check out no one came to clean our room. We wound up going to the office to get towels and bathroom tissue. There was a nice flat screen TV but the side tables had some sticky stuff that was never cleaned and the headboard of the bed had some left over gum stuck on it that was never cleaned. Those are the plusses and minuses of this hotel. Nice people but they really need to work on their cleaning like big time!
