I always prefer to bring my business here. The guys are helpful with all of my questions and they have always had the parts for my small engine needs.
Had just what I needed! Mr David was, and is always, so nice and friendly as well as helpful, as was the service tech! Service, friendliness and politeness that you definitely don't get with the big box stores! And their prices are just as competitive!!
Customer service here is pretty good. Most times someone is there to greet you and bring you to exactly what you need. Every time no matter if it's busy or not, the employees and the owner spend quality time with you to not only bring you to what you need but explain things if you don't understand. This place definitely has my business!
Such a wonderful experience with Mr. David and everyone in the store. They go above and way beyond customer service.
There was a disaster during my delivery, but the guys were more than awesome in fixing the problem. On a Saturday, and i know they had better things to do, but they got everything put together, installed and will check up later.
You don't get that kindness and service from the box stores. ????????
Wonderful place. The heating element in my dryer broke. I'm not the handiest guy around, but I figured I would try and fix it myself. The good folks at Western auto gave me advice, tested the other parts, and walked me through the whole process. Much more affordable than a new dryer! Thanks!
