I had buildup in my hair for various reasons and they called me sucia instead of starting a conversation to ask why. I politely asked you to comb my hair gently because I know my hair breaks and I was ignored. They treated me as if I didn't pay for the service. You also flat ironed my hair on high heat on purpose to burn it too. I can tell by their attitudes that speaking up any further was not going to lead to a solution so I simply stopped going. Stop using your profession to abuse women.
I had a pleasant experience with Sujeidy. She did a good job with my hair. She also let me know and showed me I had a lot of heat damage that needed cutting. Some hair dressers dont care enough to do that but she did.
Un servicio al cliente horrible, te dicen que no necesitas appointment y cuando llegas te lavan y te sientan en la silla a secar, luego te sacan de la maquina y te toca esperar a que les dé la gana de atenderte, estuve allí por más de dos horas esperando y las demás llegaban y las atendían de una vez, las empleadas no se preocupan por entablar una conversación con el cliente, yo como nueva clienta esperaba que por lo menos preguntarán mi nombre pero nada de eso hicieron, tuve que irme sin hacerme el cabello, no lo recomendaría nunca . ????
So happy to have found this shop. They do hair color , cuts and straighteners so beautifully. I highly recommend this Salon. Try it you won’t be disappointed.
Worst costumer service ever, my wife went there to get her hair done, and stood there for two hours, meanwhile there were girls just walking in and being taken care of, she had no more choose but to walk
out without being attended, rude and nasty service, she will never go back there.
Muy buen servicio. Pasa el blower muy bien. Mi cabello es complicado y lo dejo lacio como el de los chinos.
They do not take any appointments. First come first serve basis. They do a very decent job, very good Dominican blow out but very long wait times. If you have time to kill then this is a good place for you. Bring a book.
If you don't have anything else to do, then go to this place, they take the sweetest steps to do your hair.
