I'm visiting from out of town and decided to go with my sister to get our nails done. This place was OK. It was clean. Nicely decorated. WARNING - GET ARE CHARGING EACH CLIENT AN ADDITIONAL $5 FOR Cleaning NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE IS SELECTED .
The pedicure stations are in the back. We both got a general pedicure which took roughly 30 minutes. They use hot stones however they aren't very warm and they were literally run up and down my calves one time and set aside. Lotion was applied once fairly quickly and my toes were painted. Not really worth the money but the chair massage was nice and the water was warm.
We went upfront for the manicures. Again, things were done very quickly and half hazardly. The hand massage was less then a minute for both hands and the hot towel was applied and removed in about 2 minutes. Lotion to my hands was applied one time. The most amount of time was used in my fingers soaking in warm water and at the end in painting my nails.
My nails were painted fairly well and I was left under the dryer for an undetermined amount of time with no one checking in. We finally went up to the register to wait to pay for the service before leaving. Overall, my normal place is ALOT better but the time with my sister was priceless. This wouldn't be my go to place but it was just ok.
This was my first time going to this place and I had a great first impression; the staff is very friendly and listens to what you want. I only had a short wait for a walk in but I do recommend if you have a bigger party to make an appointment. I definitely recommend coming here.
Not bad, the woman who did my wifes nails was very new. Not trained, same person did my pedicure. Therefore, it took a long time. Totally unnecessary as they had other employees standing around.
I wish I could give this no stars. I come here a lot for a pedicure but this time I had a horrible experience! The lady completely ruined my toe nails and she was terrible. They still charged me for the service! Ridiculous after wasting 2 hours in there.
I’ve looked for a salon I love for a long time - I finally found it! Everyone is very nice and personable. The staff remember you each time you come back. I bring my girls and they treat them so nice. Everything is nice and clean. Love them!
Second time I have been here first time was amazing love the hot stones on my legs sweet woman. Second time today had a guy he was tad ruffer I prefer the woman. He hurt my cuticles pinched my skin twice. Next time I know better otherwise price is good.
I will not be going here again. The last 2 pedicures I had were done by "Michael". The first time he was just obnoxious and talking to me nonstop. He did not do a very good job on my paint. When I went back last week I got "Michael" again. This time instead of just being obnoxious with his chatter, he was completely inappropriate in his conversation (I use this term loosely as I did my best to ignore him). I honestly could not believe the things he was saying to me. Completely inappropriate. You won't see me in here again.
