Schöner Pub, gerne wieder!
Super Pub!
Absolutely fantastic meal. I can not say enough positive things about this place, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, to the price all five star. Four of us have had gorgeous Sunday lunch, pie, potatoes, vegetable and all the trimmings. All the food was cooked perfectly, it was tasty, hot and good portion size. Four of us had a main course, two puddings and four rounds of drinks total cost £130. This is the best meal we've had all weekend. I would definitely recommend booking a table and eating in this pub.
Superb pub. Was renovated during covid 2020. Lovely decor and great vibe about the place. Considering this isn't on the radar when visiting Scarborough it's probably the best pub I've been in when visiting. The food is superb.
There is dog friendly and then there is the Scarborough Arms, stopped in here whilst on holiday. Wish we lived closer!! The staff all made a fuss of our cheeky pup, she got her own water and food bowl for a chicken breast, the staff also passed some dog biscuit treats for her.
Our meals were huge and we enjoyed every last bit that we could fit in. Thr husband enjoys a challenge so he had the massive mixed grill and I had the clucking marvellous burger which was delicious and again a huge portion.
The pub was newly decorated in tasteful colours and the toilets were really nice which is always noted by me.
Couldn't fault the place and if we visit Scarborough again we will be back!!
Absolutely amazing food. If you have a big appetite then this is definitely the place to eat!

2nd time we've eaten here and it certainly won't be the last. Only discovered it a few weeks ago. The food is absolutely spot on. I'm a fussy eater and the meals were perfect, tasted lovely. The prices for food and drink are really good. The staff are so friendly and pleasant and chatty and make it very a welcoming place to go. Looking forward to a Sunday Lunch here
Lovely pub, a bit out of the way. Lady behind bar was very friendly. Ordered fish & chips, and meat pie. Both were really tasty, fish was huge. Would definitely come again.
