I highly recommend this nail salon. I was so impressed with the customer service from the minute I walked in. The staff was smiling and so friendly. I loved the pedicure chair with the back massage, the water was the perfect temperature. Everything was amazing and I was so pleased. I’m from out of state and I hope I can find a salon when I get back home that measures up! *****
Never argue with the customer when this is your best...this should be FREE FREE.

Bubbles in acrylic are usually caused by an incorrect ratio of liquid to powder. They can also form when you over-work theacrylic (excessive patting). ... Remember that too much primer and an incorrect liquid and powder ratio
Just because you at a station dont mean you know what you doing
My daughter and I both got a fill here and it was horrible. Our nails started lifting just after a couple days. The lady got nail polish all over my daughter's fingers. We get gel and the ends of our nails were chipping and peeling off. I payed too much for a fill I had to have redone by my normal nail tech in Russellville.
I stopped by to get a pedi while waiting for my boys to get done with football practice. I had a little girl with me. She wanted a pedi also. The ladies and the gentleman frustrated like she was bothering them. They were not kid friendly at all. She was know problem. I should have waited to go too my place Ivy Nails in Bryant. I will not cheat myself again. They had poor service and talked about me breastfeeding. Horrible and very insertive too smaller children. I would never go there again.
We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and had nice conversation. They really want you to have a good experience.
Understaffed, then forgot about me. They did not think anyone there at the time was bilingual, as she stated, and began talking about their other customers. I made a point to learn Mandarin for this reason. I’m not able to speak it but I understand clearly, so I just listened. This lady did NOT give me a manicure. She just soaked my nails and changed the color sloppily. No cuticle maintenance, no oil, nothing. Asked me to pay in advance. I even gave her a great tip in hopes that she would take her time and do right by me. A 35% tip! You know how she thanked me, by calling me a freak of nature in English, it slipped with a lol. Thankfully my parents raised me right. I left and made sure my bank paid her the standard price MINUS the tip! Never again will I step foot in this establishment. I understand why the returning customers kept asking for the male serviceman.
Got a regular pedicure and I am highly disappointed. Barely had any choices of nail polish to pick from. The nail tech cut my nails wayyyy to short. He got nail polish all over my nails and skin and he wasn’t even going to around the nail to clean it. I had to ask and once he did he didn’t even do it correctly and I still have nails polish around my nails. I expected to at least get a short massage on my legs but I didn’t. I don’t recommend this place!
