Don't waste your time OR money. The people who work there are RUDE in their interactions with their customers. I declined any of their services today, due to how unwelcome I felt.

This place is the absolute best!!! They are friendly, professional, clean and do an EXCELLENT job!!! I used to go to. Live oak and get rushed in and out... Not the case here... They take their time and make you feel like you are the only customer. Wait times vary as they are ALWAYS busy. Highly recommend!!!
Facility is clean, utensils are sterilized, staff is courteous, work is quality. Have not broken or lost a nail since I began using them in January. Some of the customers are rude and abusive to staff but staff handles it well. They are always busy. No down time open to close. That says a lot!!!

I went in today to get my eyebrows waxed. The main lady who does them was with another customer so another worker came in to do them.
I take it that eyebrows are not her field of work, as she botched my left one up and now I have to wait several weeks until they grow back in to go elsewhere and have them redone. And this happens right before Christmas. VT seems to be in a hurry to get everyone out rather than do the job right lately. I’m only 1 person so my little bit of service loss will not affect them. But do better VT. The main lady was kind enough to refund my money and try to fix what was messed up. I will not be back.
