Purchased the wrong length of hair on 10/28. Came back later in the evening to exchange the hair per the exchange/return policy on the receipt. The receipt stated exchanges are allowed within 3 days. Employee told me that I could not return or exchange the hair due to COVID-19…mind you no one in the store was wearing a mask, disinfecting, or enforcing the 6ft policy. I responded saying I am not from the area and literally just purchased the hair this morning..still would not budge. Poor customer service!! Would not recommend.

They almost always have what you need and if not, they have a really good substitute. Very helpful people and they do their best to not keep you waiting long. Ms. Ann is the best!
