I’ve gotten my pedicure done here a few times now, however, today while the guy was removing my gel polish he cut me, pretty bad! I tend to not make a big deal about things so I just brushed it off thinking he had just nicked me but once I got home I realized how bad it really was. Beware, I will definitely not be coming back.

My usual nail salon is temporarily closed due to the family who owns it being on vacation so I decided to give this place a go.
My first visit was totally fine, I got light pink dip with a holographic top coat.
I noticed less than a week in, the gel top coat was starting to lift and peel right off of my nail. After three of my nails top coats had completely peeled off I decided to just remove them and book a new full set to give them another try!
Today, I arrived for my 1:30 appointment and waited THIRTY minutes past my appointment with no acknowledgement before leaving. Only when I stood up to leave did anyone acknowledge me to let me know it would be five more minutes.
I totally understand falling behind, but they had three girls getting their nails done by two techs, two people getting pedicures, two other girls waiting for appointments with me and two other people waiting for pedicures, but only four people working.
Went in today to only find out it is under new management, I got a full set and paid $77 for something so simple. I asked for black tip on my nails and she left them the tips chunky and crooked didn’t even give them a second coat. They kept rushing and nobody else was even there. Not to mention when she would file my nails she bent back my pinky finger, until I said something and she didn’t even seem bothered by it. Will not be going back!
I came in for a pedicure with no polish. From start to finish was 20 minutes for the deluxe. $40 for none of my toenails cut evenly, a 1 minute per leg sugar scrub, no heel callus removal and a 3 minute per leg/foot massage. New owners so I won't come again.
I really dislike giving a negative review, however I made an appointment for a gel manicure. The station I was set in was NOT cleaned nor did the tools used in me appear to be sanitized. Definately won't be coming back.
They did a great job but my friends nails were not the color she had asked for it was close but more pink than purple. The person doing her nails kept calling/ getting calls from people on her personal phone. Over all the experience was good but it’s the little things that made it a little strange.
I don't know if someone new owns it or there area just new employees but the ladies were very rude to me, they didn't attach the tips correctly so they weren't fully connected to my nail and 4 of my nails broke within a week.
