The staff is rude they follow you around like you're stealing. They're not helpful. I understand the location but everyone is not like thit's not like that and I definitely would not come back here indefinitely I definitely will tell clients bill clients as well as customers to go somewhere else. The owner of the store is rude as h*** too
If I could do a negative star i would do-3 stars so My girl and came the this what I thought was a great place to buy wigs and what ever eneed so my girl ran to the store cause we ran late right as I got to.the doorthe lady ran up and locked the door as I went to go and told me the closed at 7 I had 15 mins go and won't let me in the store .that's not all while my gir was shopping she followed her around the whole time saying you have mins . Then a another customer came up and she let her right in just the worst experience never going back and telling all my friends to do the same
This is a rare find for up north. It’s dedicated to African/ African American hair and has all the products I need for my hair texture. Unfortunately Sally’s, target, and Walgreens doesn’t stock enough products for 4C hair. It was very organized so please don’t pay attention to the reviews saying that it is not. I step inside this shop and immediately the women who always works there makes me feel at home. If you don’t like what they have please do not leave a bad review as this is the only hair store I can go to, in order to get all the supplies I need for my 4C hair.
If you need your hair done by a very nice and polite, professional lady. Please go see Alexi. And the store have a lot of good products for all types of hair.
I wish this business the best. The plus is they are friendly. They tried. I just can't rate them higher than a three. The place was clustered and disorganized. The owners were obviously taking care of children (number unknown) while running the business. The children were everywhere. Everyone seemed to be doing their own thing. I'm not sure what the male looking person was doing on the coach. I think he was sleeping. This was offsetting.
There was just too much going on and it had nothing to do with running a business.
I left worried about my payment. I thought they got it wrong. I did confirm with my bank that it was right.
I also left smiling because a toddler was pushing on the door and gave me an adorable glance. He had to be moved from blocking my path.
So,
I wish them the best and hope for success. I'll return. I want to give them a 2nd chance. I just hope they learn to manage things better in order to create a professional environment.
I wish there were more shops like this one in the northwest. There are plenty of minorities living here. Basic beauty shops dont carry certain products that are for melon skin tone, hair. Love this place. Friendly and calm employees.
Be VERY CAREFUL when you shop at this store. I bought a package of hair extensions and rollers. I came back two days later to return the UNOPENED UNUSED items. The clerk said No returns, only exchanges. This policy was not on my receipt. I was not told at checkout. There was not a sign in the store. The clerk offered no help. A call to the manager, Aster, went no where.
I understand when a store has this policy but they should make it very clear before a customer buys. I will never shop there again.
the owner of the salon of the store is very helpful she's nice she's genuine she's understanding she knows your needs before you I mean even if you don't know what you want she descends and just look at you when she offered different suggestions and things I mean I've been on here for about two years and I love them a lot is more than just a store as a family story it's their store of character to help women or anybody keep their confidence in themselves and can kill that make them look at it and I really appreciate unlimited hair supply.
