Rose and her staff are amazing! High quality work and they only use quality product to ensure your nails stay nice and healthy. I have returned multiple times since moving to Gallatin.

This was without a doubt the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend to one person. I never even write reviews but this one has to be done.

The customer service was terrible. So bad even that the person in front of me walked out before she had anything done. I thought it was a one off experience but I should of followed her lead. The person doing my hands was so rude. She was annoyed from the second I walked in, thought I took too long to pick a polish and didn’t try to make me feel comfortable or welcome whatsoever. First there was no soak, massage, anything. At some point I asked why there wasn’t a soak. She said because she was just giving me a polish as I didn’t have many cuticles to cut. I said I asked for a manicure and that’s what I thought I would be given. She then storms back and gets me ice cold water and my hands barely soaked. She also already had cut my cuticles. There was no lotion and no massage. She just put oil on my hands. It was quick and terrible. At the end she yelled at me saying I got the full manicure gel experience and gave me no apology, discount or just the price of a polish only (because that’s basically what I got).

Do not come here. Do not spend your money here. Unless people are going to give you the experience that deserves $45 for a gel manicure and is going to have great customer service manners…. Don’t waste your hard earned money on a service that’s supposed to be a luxury but leaves you frustrated.

Terrible job. She cut my nails too short then I had to pay extra $10 for tips. Tips didnt properly fit my nails on all of them. Nails left bumpy and not smooth. Didn't get filings from under my nails. Looks like an amateur did these nails. Files and tools were not cleaned from previous client. Nails are thick. Just terrible.

The absolute worst place to get nails done. Rude, rude, rude. I rarely write negative reviews. My daughter and a friend went together and were over charged by $20 because they were 16 years old. My daughter's broke within 5 minutes after she got back home. I had to take her back immediately and I asked them why they overcharged her by $20 for pink and white dip. They charged $70. I guess in these times when they were closed due to covid they are just going to make up the difference by gouging kids who are using their own money to pay for nails. I'm so upset and would never recommend this place. They argued with me in front of all their customers because they could not understand what I was saying when I asked who was in charge. Do not go here. They are so rude and dishonest. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping off kids who worked and saved money to get this done. Yes this is the place next to Baskin Robbins and Red Tulip!!

Rose did an amazing job on my nails. The staff is always super friendly, and everyone always does an outstanding job and leaves customers happy.

The guy kept on complimenting my hands til it was creepy. They also don't do acrylics anymore which is fine, I got tips and sns color. Without the tip it was $70!!!! That is too expensive for basic color my nail broke four days later with snow! The new nail tech. I went to said they overcharged entirely and they decided to give me a new set wince the nail they put on were so fragile.

Very friendly, clean, and calming. They did a good job too. It's also not as expensive as others. For a basic pedicure and manicure it's $40. They do mens too.

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Will never be going back or recommending to anybody. Horrible service, horrible employees, my nails are ruined.
