It was quite busy. Staff seemed preoccupied with eachother , waited about 5 minutes to be seated which was pretty good. The food itself , the rice wasn't consistent (some hard/some soft) , veg wasn't thoroughly cooked through , the meet was hard and chewy -not for my personal tastes. The toilets were placed upstairs so may not be accessible for those with disabilities. The toilets looked nice but were dirty. There was no real structure to the restaurant and you didn't get told much. There was a wide variety of food with pizza , roast dinners , deep fried noodles and ribs. They did also provide desserts with jelly , a chocolate fountain and many cakes. The tables weren't clean , underneath it was very dirty. £70 for 5 people. Although staff reguarly came and removed dirty places. This would be a last stop sort of restaurant.

OK so to start off I rung spoons to ask if there was full self service available. Also if its a limited lunch menu or full dinner time menu. As you are paying full dinner price. £15.99 adult x3 £8.99 x1 children

so I've arrived been over charged I have 2 kids 2 adults been charged 4× adults. £63 total bill.
Yes they gave me 3x refillable drinks for the extra money they charged

Absolutely terrible gone way down hill the chicken was like it's been left in water overnight and cooked.
No Indian 2 dishes rice was hard under cooked.

Lovely selection of food from around the world to choose from. Nice & hot & all seemed to be freshly made.
Friendly staff & on top of cleaning & filling.
Only downside was the two men that decided to clean the floor & tables while we were still eating & moved, well scrapped every chair across the floor which made conversation at our table hard & the noise became quite frustrating.
This was my 1st visit back in about 4 years. As previously I was disappointed in quality of food and speed of refreshing food containers and clearing and replacing clean plates and cutlery. THIS time it was a complete transformation the food was excellent plates, cutlery were cleared and replaced seamlessly and the staff were helpful and courteous. We had a 7pm sitting.
Great choice of different food types. We particularly like the Chinese... Garlic prawns were exceptional and really fresh plus the coca-cola chicken is yummy. £20 a head plus drink is getting pricey but food is good. Worth it if you bring a good appetite!
Many varieties of foods. Good taste. Place is amazing.
The only downside is staff, they look fed up with the customers and tired. But this doesn’t change my mood. I’ve been like them and i can understand their frustrations.
The owner of the place could make them happier offering staff party, bonuses, pay rise, etc.
For them to be thankful to be working in that place.
Or extra time off.
Staff happiness always depend on the owner offers.
They all work for money, not for excitement.
So make them Happy!!! Because they keep up your business.

-Too expensive and I’m surprised that a child under the age of 2 also had to pay. I would have guessed that infants wouldn’t be charged or their charge would be relatively cheaper. Other similar restaurants do not charge, while some charge only £2 for under 3.
-I am not expecting a 5 star service, but the staff could be friendlier.
-I have been here a few times, but recently I have started having food poisoning and diarrhoea each time I visit. The first time this happened, I suspected that it was the restaurant but I wasn’t too sure because I had been there before and I didn’t experience this. However, now it has happened again… I doubt it’s coincidence that I have diarrhoea and food poison after visiting the restaurant. This restaurant was the only place that we ate and my guests and myself all came down with food poisoning and diarrhoea after visiting.
-The cleanliness of the kitchen staff at the Indian food section is really poor. I saw the lady pour food from the pot to bowl and she used her hands to scrape the food from the pot to the bowl. She did not wash her hands prior to doing this or after. After doing it, all she did was clean her hands with a dirty cloth and continued using her unclean hands to cook.
