Es stand eine rießige Schlange Wartender vor Peter's Laden, so dass wir kurzentschlossen unsere ersten Fish&Chips in diesem Shop kauften, die können ja schließlich nicht schlecht sein. Auf freundliche Empfehlung des Personals kauften wir das Tagesangebot "Special Haddock & Chips" für £3.25 und "Whitebait with Chips" für £3.85, die uns mit breitem Grinsen überreicht wurden. Sicher etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber durchaus genießbar wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. DELICIOUS!

I got a really hearty portion of chips with a meaty cod with a crispy batter. We weren’t able to get seating outside, but the beach is just across the road and there are loads of stone steps there to take a seat. I would bring a newspaper just to be able to sit on because there are loads of seagulls.

We tried both the fish offered and personally I felt for cod.
