The only positive experience I had at this salon was their customer service. This is constructive feedback I hope this location takes into consideration when it comes to timeliness, sanitation, and quality of work.
I called to make an appointment the day before for two people for two pedicures. I was taken care of first in a timely manner but my boyfriend sat with his feet in the bowl for 30 minutes before he was seen. Overall we were there for over an hour and 15 minutes for a basic pedicure. Anywhere else this takes no more than 30 minutes even with removal.
I do not trust that our pedicures were done with sanitized tools or in a clean environment. The removal of my gel polish left me in shock. And the quality of how the nail polish was applied was below average.
- The tools used came from a shared bin and not a disposable kit
- Typically bowls have a plastic bag where they fill the water and throw it away after each person but they don’t have that as standard practice here
- They tried to rip and peel the gel polish from my toes with a cuticle cutter! I saw this and immediately asked for him to use a drill to remove the gel and apply acetone to remove it safely.
- All of my toenails were in different shapes and the polish was applied so unevenly, they had left polish around my toes
- My boyfriend’s toenails were also cut unevenly
I can only vouch that these are very nice people. But my money was better spent somewhere else if I cared for my time, the hygiene of my feet, and painting nails the proper way.
We are new to the area & decided to give Tracy’s nail & beauty a try based on the positive reviews. And we were not disappointed! Tracy did a full acrylic set for me & they came out beautiful. She is very nice, listened to what I wanted & took her time. We had a nice conversation while I got my nails done too. Tracy’s husband Louie did a gel mani & pedi for my mom. He was so nice as well! My mom said he was very gentle while giving her the pedicure & she loves her nails! We have found our new nail salon & will definitely be regular customers!
Tracy was awesome! Everyone is super sweet here and I really looooved how it my nails came out. She really pays attention to detail. This is my new go to place. ????
I’ve been coming to this place for about 7 plus years. Love them very professional, Tracy is great with nail art and wax, Louie is the best with ingrown nails and Glory is full of energy, happy and awesome on the pedicures. When we have to wait, it’s always worth it!
Very clean environment and very nice atmosphere. Nicole did an amazing job, she has gain me as a customer. I got my Nails, Eyebrows and pedicure it was 100% perfection.
They are always so nice and accommodating. Every time I show I picture of what I want they are able to do it and they do it so well. They also do waxing and Tracy is super gentle with it. I love coming here
The place is like visiting a spa and massage, the treatment was excellent and I was very satisfied with Cherlie's work, she was very kind and very professional. The atmosphere is very relaxing.
Awful service, didn’t even bother to great didn’t even say anything to us and walked away. With sign “New Management” in front maybe they should really reevaluate there employees
