I scheduled appointments for my mom & I to get our hair done. I can say I will never go to Town again after this. We thought we were pretty happy when we left but realized how awful everything was once we got home. My color was horrible. I've spent the last 4 days trying to undo every bit of it. It looked nothing like the picture I showed the stylist who claims she's been doing hair for 45 years. When I said I didn't want red she proceeded to say she'd do red but it will look good. When I said I wanted brown she said oh no you don't want brown it will age you. The red was maroon that turned black half way down. The highlights were a mess is big chunks. Everything I dreaded to happen with the color happened. I just wanted a nice natural blended color. The stylist that did my mom's haircut also did horrible. The cut looks nothing like the picture & it's completely uneven & has clumps of hair in different spots that should've been tapered. I didn't bother to complain because 2 weeks before I had my hair cut there & there was someone unhappy with her color & was asked to leave the salon & never come back so I figured I wouldn't get anywhere & also don't trust them to fix the damage. Horrible experience.

I went here several years ago and haven't been back since. The job they did was phenomenal and as a result of this, I wish I could give them a five. However, there was a SERIOUS disconnect between their scheduling and staff, making my rating a four. I think this was a one off bad experience as overall, it's probably a very good salon.

I had an appointment with Joanne, I told her I wanted a perm. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. My perm has no curl and she dried up my hair and now I’m stuck with my hair like this. I’m disgusted and I’m Never going back. I forked out $95.00 plus tip and I complained right away about my hair. But of course I’m not going back to say the least!!!! I suggest that you don’t go there. So unprofessional stylists there

The staff are always pleasant and personable . They are busy every time I've had a haircut. This salon has a large staff and you may have to try a few different stylist to find the one that works for you. It's the only reason for the 4 stars . I've had two different stylist recently and confident I'll meet my stylist soon . Regardless who styles your hair i think most will be very pleased .

Town Hair is the only salon I would have my hair done. I would highly recommend Lindy as a stylist.

Great place, great people. I never make an appointment, I am just a walk in. I have used numerous different stylists and all have done a fantastic job.
