The food and environment were good. However, due to the place not accepting card my friend had to travel by car to the nearest working cash machine and due to the traffic, took over 20 minutes. There was a sign that they were not accepting card but it was at the end of the restaurant on the till, so we only noticed it after placing our order. For the prices you pay here, it should be a priority to make sure the card machine is working. Also the sign should be on the entrance to make people aware from the get go.
The food was good
But there was some inconsistencies. Some of our well cooked orders seemed less cooked than the medium rare options.
The stake coming on top of the chips made the chips soggy at the end.
I think sides need to be presented on the side and chips double or triple fried and introduce time consistency to cooking.

Nice little steakhouse in the busy area of Great Horton, Bradford. The place was busy with a short wait time to get seated. We tried the prawn sizzler, lamb steak, t bone and steak Diane. Service was ok, seating was comfy. Pricing was moderate to high. Good experience
My husband and I really enjoyed the steak here. I ordered the lamb steak which I was a bit on edge as lamb can be smelly or chewy but it was delightful and my husband ordered beef sirloin and his was very nice as well! Will definitely be going again.

I heard many positive things about this place, and One of my friends recommended it to me so I decided to try it to see what the hype was all about. When I first came in, I was greeted by a friendly staff who served us. The customer service was great! The steak I ordered was full of flavour and the presentation was just brilliant. Freshly prepared food which arrived quite fast too! Refreshing cold drinks and nice decor too. Would visit again. Only downfall is that its a little pricey.
If you go to a place and find a few things going wrong you can understand but not when the manager keeps finding excuses. It creates an unpleasant taste in your mouth.
I do understand that during the fasting month food will take a little long but to have others serviced that came after you. Not good. Staff members forget what they wrote down for drinks then to forget a drink for a child. Not good. No sign on door to say cash only. I wouldn’t recommend using the toilets at all. Food was serviced in hot plates that are clearly small. Good chance the food will touch the table.

The service we experienced here was exceptional. Our order was taken promptly, our food arrived according to the eta we were given and was cooked exactly to our requirements. I must mention Ismael who did a fantastic job in looking after us. Great evening ⭐️
